Over two days, in partnership with SKOLAE Formation, our partner Emmanuel Tricot ran an interactive course in French and EU competition law with representatives of the legal teams of major French companies in energy generation and banking.
The aims:
- Identify the different types of anticompetitive practices
- Anticipate and deal with risky practices within the business
- Master the procedural rules of the French Competition Authority, the European Commission and the commercial courts
Some fundamentals, cases, examples and practical exercises. More than training, a chance to build skills interactively in order to identify and minimise your company’s risks in its dealings with suppliers and distributors, partners and competitors.
