Mr. Daniel Tricot

Daniel TRICOT is former President of the Commercial, Financial and Economic Chamber of the Court of Cassation and former Vice-President of the Commercial Practices Examination Commission (CEPC). Associate of the faculties of law, Professor and University Dean, he also practiced the profession of lawyer for more than 25 years. A former elected member of the Unidroit Board of Directors, he now acts as a business arbitrator and mediator to facilitate the resolution of conflicts.
