Rive Gauche Avocats is growing!

Betting on excellence driven by ambitious young talent, Rive Gauche Avocats continues to grow with the arrival of Franck Sossavi, a doctoral candidate at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas and a trainee lawyer at the HEDAC bar school (Versailles Court of Appeal).

Educated at Université Paris-Saclay (UVSQ), with a double degree in law and English, a master’s in business law and then a master’s in competition and contract law (M2CC) under the demanding supervision of Professor Muriel Chagny, Franck is now writing, as a practitioner of economic law, a thesis on unfair competition, co-supervised by the excellent Professors Emmanuelle Claudel and Bruno Deffains.

Franck’s experience was built at renowned firms and institutions, notably Wilhelm & Associés, KPMG Avocats and the French Competition Authority. He joins Rive Gauche Avocats after three other members of Emmanuel Tricot’s former team; Emmanuel has known him for a long time and highlights “his intellectual rigour and keen sense of excellence”.

He joins Rive Gauche Avocats today, where he will also work alongside Gaël Peyneau and benefit from the academic support of Professor Daniel Tricot, former President of the Commercial Chamber of the French Cour de cassation.

We are convinced that academic thinking feeds legal strategy. Franck Sossavi’s arrival strengthens our ability to serve our clients’ interests. Welcome, Franck, on the road to success!
