About
Julia advises French and international clients before French and European regulatory authorities and courts on all aspects of antitrust and competition law (abuse of dominant position, cartels, merger control, compliance, restrictive competition practices, antitrust damages actions, State aid). Her experience covers counselling and litigation.
Julia is also active in foreign subsidies regulation (FSR), distribution law, consumer law and commercial contracts.
She joined Rive Gauche Avocats as an associate after diverse experiences within international law firms, in Paris and Brussels, and a CAC40 company.
Doctor of EU Competition Law from Toulouse Capitole University. Julia also holds a Master’s degree in Economic Cooperation Law from Jean-Moulin Lyon 3 University. She has completed several research fellowships in Belgium and Germany, which have allowed her to acquire solid knowledge of competition economics.
