Hector Gitton-Quent joined the firm Rive Gauche Avocats when it was founded as an associate after several experiences within law firms (notably LPA-CGR and KPMG Avocats within Emmanuel Tricot's team) and legal departments of large French groups (Louis Vuitton Malletier, Capgemini, Plastic Omnium).

Hector has significant experience in the implementation of competition and distribution law, commercial contracts and litigation, restrictive competition practices law and consumer law. He also has experience in new technology law acquired in business.

Hector works in European and French competition law (antitrust, merger control, law on restrictive competition practices), distribution law, consumer law and regulatory law, both in consulting and litigation.

Hector holds a Master 2 in Competition and Contract Law from the University of Versailles-Paris
