About
Antoine Meyer-Woerth is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. He assists his clients with all their competition, distribution and consumer law issues.
He works with international companies in both consulting and litigation and recently spent several months at the Converse headquarters in the Netherlands on a mission to monitor contractual relations and manage distribution networks in the EMEA zone.
Antoine assists his clients in often complex cases involving anti-competitive practices, restrictive competition practices (abrupt termination, parasitism, etc.) and in their proceedings before the Competition Authority, the DGCCRF or the European Commission. His expertise also covers economic regulation, the drafting and analysis of commercial contracts as well as the compliance of commercial and advertising practices, particularly in the mass distribution and consumer sectors.
Antoine holds an MS LLM in International Law and Management from HEC Paris, a Master's degree in International and European Law from Amiens and has gained experience within leading firms such as Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and KPMG Avocats.
